Cheese Board: Workplace Edition
These boards were more elaborate than most I get to make- most often, I'm prepping for 3-6 people. It was super fun to broaden my choices since it was going to be for over a dozen people. Some needed gluten-free options, so I included veggies that would pair well with hummus so everyone could have an array of flavor options. And, to ease the mind of a pregnant co-worker, I did not include any meats on the middle board (๐
listeria is not on the menu)
The Cheeses:
Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Port Salut
Boar's Head Havarti Dill
Asiago by TJ's
Chรจvre Fine Herbs Goat Cheese by TJ's
Dutch Smoked Gouda by TJ's (I don't recommend this one actually, the smoky flavor didn't pair well with all the fresh foods)
The Meats:
Calabrese Salame
Del Duca Prosciutto
Capocollo
Pepperoni
The Carbs:
French Bread Loaf
TJ's Gorgonzola flavored Oven Crisp Crackers
Pita Chips
Almond Nut-Thins (gluten-free)
Pretzel Slims
The Dips:
Divina Fig Spread (MVP of the board)
Roasted Garlic Hummus by TJ's
Tomato & Basil Hummus by TJ's
The Extras:
Honey Crisp Apples (queen bee of apples)
Forelle Pears (this variety was quite popular)
Red, Green and Black Grapes
Clementines
Red and Yellow Peppers
TJ's Carrots of Many Colors (because, color)
Castelvetrano Green Olives (I based this on a suggestion from @ainttooproudtomeg because, I don't like olives and had no idea what to pick)
The Refreshments:
(non-alcohol because, work)
TJ's Lemonade
TJ's Sparkling Pomegranate Juice Blend
