Liven Up your Leftovers with a Charcuterie Board
Turkey isn't typically a meat one would think of for a board, but a big part of the fun for charcuterie is experimenting with different combinations with each bite. We prefer the white meat, so we'd recommended choosing from cheeses that would go well with that (full of flavor, but not overly complicated: gouda, guyere, cheddar, havarti). If it sounds like it would be good in sandwich form- throw it on the board π Since we were trying to make the most of what we had in the fridge, we went with the three variations of cheddar we had on hand.
Oh, and we turned our mashed potatoes into a finger-food option so it could be on the board. We used this recipe from Just a Taste for mini mashed potato cakes- and we loved it.
